The SONORAN | COLLABORATIVE is an initiative of the Sonoran Studio Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. A community of people working to increase the vitality of places and the communities that care about them.

Our roots go back to 2012, when several of us helped establish the Living Building Challenge Sonoran Collaborative. For seven years we organized roughly nine gatherings each year, bringing people together to explore healthier buildings and a more sustainable region.

We never stopped.

Today our members work across design, construction, planning, ecology, agriculture, education, community development and other fields. Many are graduates of the Regenesis Institute’s Regenerative Practitioner Series in Santa Fe.

What connects us is simple: we care deeply about a flourishing future for all living systems, human & natural and we believe our work can make them more capable of thriving.
